Shipping policy

All orders are processed within the same day for orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday - Friday, if placed after 2pm AEST then your order is processed and shipped the following business day. This excludes are made to order which are generally processed within 2 - 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During the festive time please allow extra time all though we will try our best to stick to same day before 2pm AEST policy but sometimes things are out our hands. Please also allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially during Christmas and Easter where Australia Post will experience higher volume of packages causing delays which are out of our hands. Australia Post shipping times are to be used as a guideline only and they do experience delays during busy times of the year.

Express Post is available and is an option once you reach Checkout. Express Post is purely the Aus Post delivery time, our normal processing time still applies.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed when you reach checkout. Our standard postage rate of $10 will not apply if buying our tumblers in bulk due to weight.
Our express postage rates is calculated on weight.

You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number or numbers
