How Do I Order Personalised Embroidery?
Simply browse through our collection and choose which item you would like to personalise. Make sure to select the desired colour, size and fill in personalised details if its requested. Add to cart and proceed through checkout details.
What if I Want a Design not Listed? Can I Request One?
Certainly! We love creating custom designs. Simply reach out to us via our contact form or email and we will be in touch to discuss what your looking for and what we can do for you.
Is Our Clothing Safe for Babies and Children?
Of course! Safety of young ones is very important. All our clothing is passed all regulations and pass the safety. We aim for our products to be at the highest standard making it soft, non toxic and safe on skin.
Can I Preview How The Item Will Look Before You Embroider?
If you require previewing a draft before we embroider onto the item, please select the box that is visible in the item when adding to cart. That way we can email through a draft to preview font and thread colour before we put into our machines.
Printing & General
How Do I Upload Custom Images for Printing?
If you have selected custom print in the certain item you would need to email us the image required for printing. Please make sure the image is high quality, correct sizing and transparent background as we will print the image exactly as emailed to us.
Can I Request a Custom Size Print?
Of course! If we don't have the required sizing listed on our website that your needing printed, please email and we can discuss and price correctly what your needing.
Do You Have a Shopfront?
No, we dont have a shopfront at this stage. We are online only as we work out of a factory/warehouse.
Can I Return or Exchange?
We do not accept returns or exchanges sorry. Alot our items are personalised and made for you. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
How Long Will My Order Take to Process?
We have different process times for our items which will be listed in product description.
Printing - Our designs are printed to order with a miniumum of 1 Business Day.
Personalised - Refer to product description (General 3-5 Business Days)
Lasering - General turn around of 1 - 2 Business Days.

Shipping
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes we do, we ship worldwide.
Do You Have Pick Up Option?
Yes, we offer collection that is available from the address provided at checkout (Yarrabilba QLD).
What Are The Shipping Costs?
We offer Standard and Express Shipping. Standard Shipping is flat rate of $10.00 which applies up to 8kg. Express is calculated by weight at checkout. We do have Free Express Shipping for orders over $200
Can I Track My Order?
Definitely, once your order has been processed and shipped you will be provided with a tracking confirmation that will contain your tracking number.
