Returns

Embellish That will refund, exchange or replace any items that are received damaged, faulty or not as described. Please email contact@embellishthat.com.au to advise us of any of the above issues including an image of the faulty/damaged item and please include order information such as i.e order number and name on the order.

Embellish That reserves all rights to test all "Faulty" vinyl/laser cut products prior to refunding, exchanging or replacing any problem vinyl/laser cut products. Embellish That will cover return postage costs of item for testing purposes on the requested product. If the product is deemed not faulty then the item will be returned at the customers expense. 

If the products do arrive damaged or not as described, you are required to contact Embellish That within 48 hours of receiving packaged goods via email or phone and include an image describing the damage or difference in description. Embellish That will then start the assessing process to determine whether we will refund or exchange item based on circumstances of each case. Where a suitable replacement is not available for damaged items, a refund will be processed instead. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note our returns policy does not include "Change of Mind" purchases so we ask that your double check your order before checkout. If you have accidentally selected the wrong colour then please contact us immediately and we will try our best to pack correct colour. This does not apply if the order has been already shipped.

Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges once they have left the premises outside of the consumer guidelines.

Change of Mind includes:

- Ordering the wrong product
- Ordering the incorrect colour
- no longer having use of items 
- Other reasons outside of damaged, faulty or not as described 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we are starting the testing process. Once completed we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If refund is rejected then we will provide you with reason as to why your request for refund was rejected. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or method of payment first. If it has been longer than 3-5 business days please reach out to us either by email or phone and we will confirm the refund has been successful on our end and assist with next course of action. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is damaged we will exchange for the same item, send us an email at contact@embellishthat.com.au and send your item to: 179 Buxton Avenue, Yarrabilba QLD 4207.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 179 Buxton Avenue, Yarrabilba QLD 4207

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our office asap at stickthatvinyl@outlook.com. Where an order has not yet dispatched cancellations may be possible. 

Order cancellations are not possible after an order has dispatched.
